On Saturday morning, the X8015/6 China-Europe freight train carrying 5 tons of Hubei’s cross-border e-commerce B2B exports departed from the Wujiashan Station in Wuhan for Duisburg, Germany.
"This is the first time that Hubei’s cross-border e-commerce B2B exports have been sold into Europe via China-Europe (Wuhan) freight train," said Guo Pei, the manager of Wujiashan Station, added that the train was loaded with 618.6 tons of cargo including medical supplies, computer cases and optical cables.
Hubei's cross-border e-commerce commodities will be exported to the countries along the Belt and Road with more efficient clearance at lower costs, which can also inject new impetus into the development of stable foreign trade, Guo Pei said.(en.hubei.gov.cn by Zhang Yawei)
