The urban surveyed unemployment rate will be around 5.5%.
居民消費價格漲幅3%左右
The inflation rate of consumer prices will increase by about 3%.

糧食產(chǎn)量500億斤以上
The grain output will exceed 50 billion jin (a unit of weight).
單位GDP能耗降低2.5%左右
The energy consumption per unit of GDP will decrease by about 2.5%.
科創(chuàng)：集中力量突破高端AI芯片、智能數(shù)控機床、高端醫(yī)療裝備等“卡脖子”技術，前瞻謀劃生物合成、空天技術等千億級規(guī)模的科創(chuàng)“核爆點”，構筑創(chuàng)新賽道的“卡位”優(yōu)勢。技術合同成交額達到5500億元以上。高新技術企業(yè)新增5000家以上。

持續(xù)擴大有效需求：全年實施億元以上項目1.52萬個。爭取國家在湖北布局集成電路、汽車核心零部件、工業(yè)母機等戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)基地，糧食、煤炭、原油等戰(zhàn)略性物資儲備基地，國家算力樞紐節(jié)點、荊漢運河等戰(zhàn)略性基礎設施，努力在新一輪區(qū)域發(fā)展中搶占先機。
Continuously expanding effective demand: Implementing more than 15,200 projects with a total investment of over 100 million yuan throughout the year.
